中文摘要 | 本文設計一寬頻紅外線調頻通訊系統,以做近程無線通訊之用。此系統將聲頻訊 號調變壓控振盪電路,產生中心頻率為 200KHz 之調頻波,前於放大後饋入紅外線發光二極 體以光的形式輻射出去。而接收端則將接收訊號加以抵雜訊放大、濾波,並運用鎖相迴路格 原本音頻訊號解調出來。經適當之設計、實作與量測證明,此系統信號傳輸品質甚佳,且有 效通訊距離可達 10 公尺左右。此紅外線收發系統之設計結合頻率調變和光束通訊技術,達 到光電與通訊科技整合的功能。此外,亦應用多種運算放大技巧設計濾波、放大與精密整流 等電路,使系統整體通訊功能更加完整。因此本文所設計之紅外線調頻通訊系統,應可提供 良好之教學、訓練與研究的效果。 |
英文摘要 | This paper presents a wideband infrared FM communication system which may serve as a good short-distance wireless communication system. Inthe transmitting terminal a 200KHz carrier is modulated by the audio signalfirst. The modulated carrier is then amplified and radiated by infrared lightemitting diodes. In the receiving end, the optical modulated signal istransduced by a properly DC biased photo diode. The received signal is then low-noise amplified and filtered. Finally, a phase locked loop is used toachieve frequency demodulation and recover the original audio signal. Through careful design, implementation, and measurement it was shown that this system is able to provide high quality signal transmission and the effective communication distance may reach 10 meters around. In designing this infrared FM communication system, electrical modulation and optical transmission techniques are integrated. In addition, various operational amplifier circuits are utilized for signal amplification, filtration, and precision rectification as well. Therefore this paper may provide adequate academic training and research work in both electrical communication and optical transmission technologies. |
