中文摘要 | 本研究以問卷方式探討影響高屏地區公私立高職學生選擇升學就業的因素。探索 具升學傾向的高職學生是否仍願以技職體系為升學目標,並利用多元尺度分析影響升學就業 的因素。結果顯示父母親的職業與教育程度會影響學生的升學就業態度,但性別則無。多數 學生認為學歷重要、求職不易;目前傾向升學或就業者,將來有機會仍願以技職教育為升學 管道,但成績較低者有較大傾向選擇非技職。希望就業與在校所學相仿的意願受學業成績、 同擠、老師影響較大。 |
英文摘要 | This study employs a questionnaire survey to investigate the factor saffecting advanced study (further education) or employment of the senior students being to graduate from Kaohsiung and Pingtung public or privatevo cational senior high schools. This study surveys whether the students whointend to enter college still fix their objective on the technological andvocational education system. It uses the multidimensional scaling method toanalyze what the students would choose between further studies and employment after graduation. This study draws the conclusion that the educational level and occupation of the parents affect how the students choose between advanced study or employment very much, but the gender factor does not. Most of the students think the level of education is importantand finding a good job for them is difficult. They prefer to participate in the technological and vocational education system if the conditions permit them,except for the students with lower grades. Is it necessary that ment besimilar to what a student has studied in school? This study finds that in school achievement grades, classmates, and teachers are important factors affecting the answer. |
