中文摘要 | 熔接機對接續損失的影響因子,可分為操作因素和儀器因素兩種;操作因素大多 屬於人為因素,因此可由適當的人員操作訓練獲得解決,而儀器因素以熔接電流設定正確與 否最為重要。熔接電流設定是否正確,可由放電電流測試(ARC TEST)成功與否來決定,因此 進行光纖接續前,如果熔接機可進行ARC TEST,務必先做ARC TEST,以選擇合適之熔接電流 。如果熔接機沒有ARC TEST功能,則只能由高接續失敗率,來警示可能熔接條件設定不恰當 ,進而由更改既有之熔接機設定程式來修正。因此為達到高接續率可藉由適當的ARC TEST及 修改熔接機熔接程式值(PROGRAM),取得熔接最適值後,達到低接續失敗率和低接續損失, 進而縮短施工之接續時間。 |
英文摘要 | The arc fusion condition of the fusion splicer is very important for obtaining low splice loss. The optimum condition is the main effect for low splicing failure probability and low splice loss when fibers spliced. The correct setting of arc power is the major point of arc fusion condition. Arc power could be changed to exact value by proceeding the arc test. The arc test is very important before two fibers spliced by fusion splicer. Some fusion splicers didn't have the arc test function, but it could be adjusted to suitable condition by changing operation program. For the purpose of getting low splice loss and reducing the fusion time, suitable arc power is helpful for fiber splicing. |
