中文摘要 | 本研究係將含有節的杉木弦切面實木板材與單板,以充細胞法注入耐燃藥劑。單 板再經乾燥至含水率6%以下後,以PF膠料單面布膠,經熱壓製成耐燃合板後,以CNS 6532 表面燃燒試驗法探討節的尺寸與在合板中的分布位置,對杉木實木板材與耐燃合板耐燃性能 的影響,所得結果如次: 1.節會降低耐燃處理實木與合板的耐燃性能,尤其是餘焰時間。 2.實木節徑0.5cm以下之活節與死節對其耐燃性能影響不顯著。 3.耐燃實木節徑lcm以上與耐燃合板節徑1.5cm活節對耐燃性能有顯著影響,其中著火 時間隨節徑的增加而降低,而發熱量、餘焰時間與重量損失率則隨節徑的增加而增加,但對 發煙量影響不顯著。 4.節對耐燃處理實木耐燃性能的影響大於耐燃處理合板。 5.耐燃合板中節的分布位置對耐燃性能的影響,為將含有節的單板配置在面板者,其耐 燃性能優於配置在中板者。 6.藉由單板厚度的減少可有效降低餘焰時間。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of knot on surface combustion properties of fire-retardant (FR) plywood and solid wood. Wood and veneers were firstly treated with fire retardant chemicals by full-cell method. Veneers were kilned under 60℃ until moisture content below 6% before they were processed into plywood. The phenol-formaldehyde (PF) was applied as adhesive. The specimens were tested in accordance with "Grade 3 Incombustibility" of the surface flammability test as specified in CNS 6532-1993. The experimental results were summarized as follow: (1) Knot reduced the fire-resistance performances, especially in after-flame time (tl). (2) The effect of live kont diameter smaller than 0.5cm and dead knot did not influence significantly on fire-resistance performances. (3) The diameter of live knot for solid wood and plywood larger than 1cm and 1.5cm respectively did not significantly influenced the fire-resistance performances. The exhaust temperature rise (tc) increased with increasing knot diameter, but heat generation (td θ), after-flame time (tl), percentage of weight loss (wl) decreased with increasing knot diameter. The smoking factor (C□) was not influenced. (4) The effect of knot on fire-resistance performance of FR-treated solid wood was greater than that of FR-treated plywood. (5) The fire-resistance performance of FR-treated plywood with knots distributed at face veneer was better than those at core. (6) The after-flame time decreased with increasing thickness of the veneers. |
