| 中文摘要 | 本文乃利用自行設計與製造的車刀把,鎖上碳化鎢刀片以磨成各種特定的刀角 ,並在主切刃處磨削負稜後,使刀具在切削時能伴隨產生第二切屑(積屑刃緣),藉著其在 車削過程中所造成的剪切面積變化,以建立單鋒刀具的新切削力量模式,並利用最小能量法 以預測三維切削力量,結果顯示理論值與實驗值極為接近。切削實驗中,除了切削碳鋼外並 做純鋁的切削,以研究第二切屑的生成機構,最佳的刀具狀及諸角度,及第二切屑與刀具幾 何形狀之關係等。 |
| 英文摘要 | The holders of sepcial tool and their genometries are designed at first . The tool holders are milled and ground by ourselves which make them be various specifications from medium-carbon steel bars. A new force model for a single-point tool with the chamfered main cutting edge is proposed in the present study and can result in tools with a built-up edge (BUE, a secondary chip). The results of the turning experiments show that the experiment data are close to the theoretical value. Cutting experiments were conducted on pure aluminum and carbon steel to study the mechanism of secondary chip, the ideal tool geometries the relationship between the shapes of secondary chip and tool geometries were observed. |
