中文摘要 | 本研究成功地量測出消失模鑄造法中澆鑄灰口鑄鐵期間所產生的反應氣壓。 這些 反應氣壓包括模內背壓,即模內熔融金屬液與模型之介面中的反應氣壓;以及透氣壓力,即 受熱分解之消失模型所產生之氣體穿透塗層的壓力。並藉由這兩者的壓力變化來評估實際澆 鑄期間塗層之鑄態透氣性。實驗所用的參數包括塗層中所用之耐火材料顆粒大小,黏結劑種 類與使用量對塗層在常溫與鑄態時之透氣性的影響。 塗層的成份對其透氣性有相當大的影響。在室溫中,塗層的透氣性隨耐火材料顆粒尺寸的增 大而增加。採用薄片狀的氧化鋁顆粒會較採用多角狀的氧化矽顆粒有較佳的常溫透氣性與鑄 態透氣性。塗層成份中若採用壓克力( binder B ),則隨其使用量的降低而會些微增加透 氣壓。而若採用聚醋酸乙烯( binder A ),則隨著黏著劑中所用百分比的降低而顯著降低 其透氣壓。 |
英文摘要 | The responded pressures were measured during the filling of molten gray iron in evaporative pattern casting (EPC) process. These responded pressures included the back pressure, that responded from in-mold of metal-foam interface, and the permeable pressure, that permeated the gases of decomposed EPS throug coating. The permeability as-cast during filling was evaluated from the change of both pressures. Variables, which included particle sizes, types of binders, weight per cent of binder in coatings, influenced the permeability at room temperature and as-cast. The ingredicents of coating showed a great effect on its permeability. Increasing th particle size increased the permeability of coating at room temperature. Use of flaky alumina particles produced a better permeability as-cast during filling and at room temperature than use of angular silica particles did. Coating used of acrylic resin (binder B) slightly increased its permeable pressure following the decrease of per cent resin addition. Use of polyvinyl acetate (binder A) significantly decreased its permeable pressure following the decrease of per cent resin addition. |
