中文摘要 | 塔塔加地區海拔 2,000∼2,500 公尺,土壤溫度較低,因長年落葉累積、分解產 生有機酸而使土壤呈酸性。上層土壤水分含量介於 33.85 ∼ 71.34%,下層土壤水分含量介 於 23.78 ∼ 58.66%。土壤中細菌數含量最高,真菌數目次之而放線菌數目較低。每克乾重 土壤含 10 �獺� 10 �蔬茞茧萰葚芋A 10 �纂� 10 �雁荅u菌菌落和 10 �纂� 10 �穩茤鬅u菌 菌落,上層土壤微生物數目比下層土壤多。無論雲杉林、鐵杉林和草原區上層土壤,其所含 之微生物數目皆隨土壤剖面深度增加而減少。 O 層剖面最高,而後依次為 A 層和 B 層,E 層剖面微生數目最低。雲杉林、鐵杉林及草原區土壤中具纖維素分解活性微生物之菌落數佔 總菌數之比例分別為 91.1 ± 3.0%,75.0 ± 6.3% 和 25.2 ± 1.4%。 而具溶磷活性微生 物菌落數佔總菌數比例則分別為 16.8 ± 0.5%,13.6 ± 1.2% 和 5.7 ± 0.1%。而具固氮 活性菌佔總菌數之比例則分別為 27.3 ± 2.2%,13.4 ± 0.6% 和 7.3 ± 0.3%。三種土壤 微生物生態受林相和季節性影響。 |
英文摘要 | To investigate the role of microbes in nutrient transformation in the Tatachia Mountain soil, the microbial populations of forest and grassland soils were determined. It was found that: (1) Soil temperatures were between 4 and 16 ℃. Soil pH ranged from 3.7 to 4.9, and pH values were lower in Hemlock forest area than Spruce and grassland areas. (2) Bacteria were the most abundant microflora; each gram contained 10 �� to 10 �� bacteria, 10 �� to 10 �� actinomycetes, and 10 �� to 10 �� fungi. The microbial population was higher in the upper layer of the soil than that in the lower layer. (3) Cellulolytic microbes comprised 91 ± 3.0%, 75.0 ± 6.3% and 25.2 ± 1.4% of the total microflora in the upper layer of the Spruce forest, Hemlock forest and grassland areas, respectively. (4) Phosphate-solublizing microbes comprised 16.8 ± 0.5%, 13.6 ± 1.2% and 5.7 ± 0.1% of the total microflora in the upper layer of the Spruce forest, Hemlock forest and grassland areas, respectively.
