中文摘要 | 因應近年來大量輸電線路的下地及共同管道的設立,多回線地下電纜配置在同一 管道的情形大增,其易因不當的接地、排列或回路故障,造成其他電纜回路的不正常跳脫, 甚至毀損管道內其他的設備。為降低此缺失,本文首先建立模擬多回線地下電纜感應電壓與 電流分佈之 EMTP 模型,分析既有多回線地下電纜之排列方式對電力電纜本身與鄰近通訊、 副線電纜的影響。其次建立接地電阻與地電位湧升耦合效應的測量方法,並實地測量與分析 。最後提出最佳之多回線電纜排列方式與接地措施,供有關部門參考。 |
英文摘要 | Recently, many underground transmission circuits have been constructed and some common conduit systems have also been developed. Consequently, the number of the multi-circuit underground cables has increased considerably. Due to close distances between circuits, the magnetic mutual coupling effects of the cables are very strong. Improper grounding or arrangement may cause other circuit tripped abnormally and may even damage equipment in stations during grounding faults or simply circuit switching. In order to reduce the weakness, the induced voltage and current distributions of multi-circuit underground cables will be analyzed by EMTP. Then, the ground potential rise coupling effect will be measured and analyzed. Finally, the proper cable arrangement and grounding methods for reducing zero-sequence current and induced voltage will be evaluated. |
