中文摘要 | 副線保護電驛可作輸電線路全程且快速的故障保護,常用於69KV與 161KV較短輸電線之保護,因目前六年國建計畫而將市區之架空輸配電線改入地 下,原與配電饋線共架之副線電纜亦改入地下管道,其與電力電纜的距離甚返, 因此使得感應電壓問題較嚴重。本文乃發展出利用電磁暫態程式計算地下管道副 線電纜感應電壓的模型,前於花蓮現場與電力綜合研究所試驗場測試,驗證模擬 結果。本文經分析結果認為,以一條10對線之波管鎧裝副線電纜取代原來的三條 3對線BN副線電纜及電話線為可行。為抑制電磁感應過高,本文提出電力回路進 行換位、交錯排列,以及採用本文設計之遮蔽性佳的波管鎧裝副線電纜等建議。 |
英文摘要 | Pilot wire protection relays are usually used for 69KV and161KV transmission-line primary protection in Taipower. Inan underground conduit system, because the distances betweenpilot wire cables and power cables are short, rather highlongitudinal voltages will be induced in the paralleled pilotwires. These voltages may cause false responses of the powersystem. In this paper, first, the electromagnetic coupling andshielding properties of the pilot wire cables in undergroundconduit will be analyzed by using EMTP. Next, the field testresults from Hualian and Power Research Institute test sitewill be presented and compared with the simulation results.Then, the feasible study of using proper designed steel armoredcables for both pilot wires and communication lines ispresented. Finally, some suggestions for improving the reliability of the pilot relaying system operation are described. |
