英文摘要 | Predictive maintenance for the rotary machine has become an ordinary technique recently. So far, it is still not yet widely utilized in the power plant at Taipower system. An off-line predictive maintenance system was installed here and then a temporary vibration group was also organized to perform this duty. How well you can maintain a machine is completely determined by the keypoints you can handle. In order to handle the dynamic response of the system, the application of predictive maintenance system is considered the best and unique way to avoid the incident shutdown of machine. This paper describes the difficulties when utilizing the predictive system, such as inspiration, and organization of working group and collection of technical data. It is hoped that this paper will provide a guide for the predictive system. |
