中文摘要 | 調查臺灣葉萵苣栽培種的硝酸態氮含量,兩次試驗分別用27與24個栽培種,第 一衣試驗採用內含15mm硝酸態氮之養液循環栽培,第二次試驗則用含6mm硝酸態氮養腋不 循環通氣栽培。鮮重與硝酸態氮含量在兩次試驗皆有栽培種間差異,鮮重兩次皆較高的為 R8青葉改良萵苣、R24圓萵苣、R87白霧、R39改良長葉萵苣,兩次皆較低為S25尖葉萵苣、 R27Peto萵苣、R36三號萵苣、S40大葉尖萵苣、S41萵苣、R44白萵;硝酸態氮兩次皆較高 的為R8青葉改長萵苣、Rl2白霧、R13萵苣、R43黃萵,兩次皆較低為S3尖葉萵苣、R14大 心 萵苣、R24圓萵苣、S茄尖葉萵苣、R37白霧、R42萵苣。硝酸鹽含量以鮮樣計算,在試驗一 (冬季)的R8青葉改良萵苣、R11、R12白霧、Rl3萵苣、S20小劍葉鵝菜、R26萵苣、R30食 心 萵苣,超過每公斤鮮重2,500mg硝酸鹽(荷蘭夏季安全標準)含量,但未達4,500mg硝酸鹽( 荷蘭參冬安全標準)含量。 |
英文摘要 | The nitrate-N content were determined for 27 and 24 lettuce cultivars grown hydroponically in a nutrient solution containing 15mM N0□-N and 6mM N0 □-N,respectively. The hydroponic systems used were a circulated one and a non-circulated one with aeration, respectively. Cultivar's differences existed in plant fresh weight and N03-N content. Cultivars giving higher yields than others were R8 (CHING YEH KAI LIANG WO CHU) R24 (YUAN WO CHU), R37 (PAI WU) and R39 (KAI LIANG CHANG YEH WO CHU) Cultivars giving consistently low yields were S25 (CHIEN YEH WO CHU), R27 (PETO WO CHU), R36 (NO.3 WO CHU). S40 (TA YEH CHIEN WO CHU), S41 (WO CHU) and R44 (PAI WU). Cultivars with high nitrate content were R8 (CHING YEH KAI LIANG WO CHU), R12 (PAI WU), R13 (WO CHU) and R43 (HUANG WO). Cultivars giving low nitrate were S3 (CHIEN YEH WO CHU), R14 (TA HSIN WO CHU), R24 YUAN WO CHU), S25 (CHIEN YEH WO CHU), R37 (PAI WU) and R42 (WO CHU) Nitrate content on fresh weight basis exceeded 2,50Ong/kg (summer safety standard for Holland) but not 4,500 mg per kg ( winter safety standard for Holland) in cultivars of R8 (CHING YEH KAI LIANG WO CHU), R11 (PAI FEN), R12 (PAI WU), R13 (WOCHU), S20 (HSIAO CHIEN YEH E TSAI) and R30 (SHIN HSIN WO CHU) |
