| 中文摘要 | 本試驗主要探討栽培於鎘污染土之十種萵苣(Lactuca sativa L.)品種對鎘之吸收效應,就植株對鎘之吸收而言,品種間之差異顯著;施用牛糞處理與不施用處理差異亦顯著。植株之鎘含量,施用牛糞廐肥處理在12.84-33.56 ppm之間,不施用牛糞廐肥處理在74.79-128.09 ppm之間。在非污染土栽培之植株鎘含量在0.44-0.88 ppm之間,平均為0.643 ppm。 牛糞處理之植株鎘含量以南苗尖葉萵苣最低,其次為圓葉牛舌葉萵苣,其他品種間無顯著差異。對照處理之植株鎘含量,以圓葉牛舌葉萵苣最低,依次為南苗尖葉萵苣,西螺尖葉萵苣,日本TAKI萵苣,南喜圓葉土萵苣,再次,則為明豐3號萵苣,夏天種圓葉萵苣,其後依次為冬天種圓葉萵苣,南喜尖葉萵苣,大葉尖葉萵苣。 |
| 英文摘要 | The uptake of cadmium (Cd) by 10 lettuce (Lactuca sative L.) cultivars was studied in a soil culture experiment. The seeds of lettuce were directly sown on Cd-polluted soils amended cattle manure at rate of 30 t/ha. Variation in uptake of Cd was observed among cultivars. Addition of cattle manure resulted in significant reduction in Cd concentration for all the cultivars. In Cd-polluted soil, Cd concentration in plant ranged from 12.84 ppm-33.56 ppm for cattle manure amended plot to 77.49-128.09 ppm for check plot. In nonpolluted soil, Cd concentration in plant ranged from 0.44-0.88 ppm. In the cattle manure treatment, the lowest concentrations of Cd uptake was found in Nanmiao ensiform leaf letture, next was Niousher round leaf lettuce. No significant difference in concentration was observed between the rest of cultivars. In the check treatment, the lowest concentration of Cd uptake was found in Niousher round leaf, next were Nanmiao ensiform leaf、Shilo ensiform leaf、TAKI and Nanshii round leaf, then were Mingfeing 3 and Summer round leaf. Winter round leaf、Nanshii ensiform leaf and Dahyeh ensiform leaf had the highest contents. |
