中文摘要 | 藉水模實驗比較噴吹條件對攪拌混合效果的影響,以作為現場脫矽操作時之參考,期能提升脫矽效率並減少脫矽渣處理所造成的困擾。由本研究獲知欲有效應用鐵水落下所產生的攪拌能量,噴吹位置最好於鐵水之伴流區,而噴吹高度在不產生噴濺及脫矽劑大量反彈下,愈靠近鐵水液面愈佳。另外傾注流道之傾斜角度會影響鐵水滯留時間及攪拌能量密度,愈小愈有利。 |
英文摘要 | The effect of blast operation on desiliconization of hot metal were studied by water-model equipment of tilting runner. According to the experimental results, the valid utilization of stirring energy of dropping hot metal at tilting runner can ensure reaction more efficient. Getting nozzle close enough to the surface of hot metal without splash, and locating the spurt point of flux over entraintment area, and keeping the tilting runner as horizontal as possible are beneficial to accomplish higher mixing efficiency. |
