中文摘要 | 藉熔煉實驗探討以燒結礦粉為主之脫矽劑時副劑成份對脫矽反應的影響,期能提 升脫矽效率並減少脫矽渣處理所造成的困擾。在適地提高鹼度下,錳的添加能降低SiO2活 性,提高脫矽效率:螢石的添加是可降低脫矽渣的黏度,提高其流動性,使脫矽劑得以充份利 用,有利脫矽效果的提升及減少發泡情形。俟反應結束後再以石灰或造渣劑改變渣性,以利 扒渣作業。 |
英文摘要 | The effect of desiliconizing agent based on sinter fine on the reaction of desiliconization of hot metal were studied by melting experiment in induction furnace. Adjusting the component of desiliconizing agent could improve the desiliconizing efficiency. At higher basicity, better desiliconization efficiency could be achieved by adding Mn304 to decrease the activity of SiO2. When fluospar substituted for lime in sinter fine-based flux, there was remarkable effect of lower slag viscosity to prompt the usage of desiliconizating agent. |
