中文摘要 | 如何提高品質、壓低成本、創造利潤,是每個經營者所期望的,而這些目標之能否達成與生產系統之維護策略息息相關,為此本文提出一項「維護力」的概念來表示生產系統實施預防維護的水準。在此維護力的考量下,本文建立了兩種維護模式,一種為以失效率上限為門檻的非週期性預防維護模式,將「動態可靠度」與「壽命週期成本」耦合,以找出具有最低壽命週期成本的維護力;另一種為最佳可用度的週期性預防維護模式,將「等效時間維護」、「動態可靠度」與「最佳可用度」三者耦合,以找出具有最大淨利潤的維護週期及維護力,進而依此制定生產系統的最佳維護政策。經過數值分析的結果顯示:適時與適量的預防維護作業確實能減少系統的壽命週期成本,並充分發揮系統的效益而獲致最大的淨利潤。 |
英文摘要 | In the manufacturing industry, in order to increase the capability of competition of their enterprises, every manager expects to lower the cost and enhance the quality of their products. Both of the above purposes can be optimally achieved by means of a properly selected maintenance policy for their production lines. Therefore, in the present paper, maintenance policies will be studied through the introduction of a concept of “capability of maintenance.” Under the consideration of capability of maintenance, two mathematical models are proposed. In the first model, a non-periodic optimal maintenance schedule can be obtained by minimization of the “life cycle cost” of the production system. A prescribed failure rate is set as a constraint to the optimization problem. In the second model, a periodic maintenance schedule is obtained under the consideration of maximum net profit. The capability of maintenance can therefore be determined based on the optimal availability obtained along with the already decided maintenance schedule. Numerical examples indicate that both models can provide us with useful information when maintenance policies have to be made for production plants. |
