中文摘要 | 藍色的行星-地球,雖然有很多水,但我們生活所要之淡水卻非常稀少。人們用來蓄存與調濟水資源的現有與將有之水庫是極為有限量的,因此它們的永續利用或是長壽是吾人必須慎重考慮之問題。這點在我們臺灣,尤其特別的重要,因為臺灣之人口密度超高,經濟成長又很迅速、水庫防淤,除對其集水區嚴厲水土保持之各種措施外,可以以區域之水庫群作適宜之調配,循環的給各水庫有空庫排洪或放乾而機械挖除的機會,以排險積淤,也可用各種機械、水力及其他方法,由各水庫排除之。本文述說一種利用具有浮筒設施之虹吸管來吸除淤砂之構想,希望可以在不擾亂影響水庫之營運及不影響河道環保情況下,有效而經濟的排除水庫之淤砂。也介紹初步的水工試驗闡明其機制及有可能的情形。 |
英文摘要 | Though abounds in water, the blue planet-earth is scarce of fresh water which is crucial to our living. Reservoirs or dam-sites used or to be used for staging and regulating water resource are very limited that we have to be extremely concerned their sustainability and long-life. Desalting from the reservoirs is a severe problem nowadays. And it is especially important in Taiwan due to the high population and the rapid economic growth. Other than the soil conservation work on to catchments of reservoirs be encouraged, Desalting from dammed reservoirs could be done by a well scheduled operation of the grouped reservoirs in district, providing of a rotating chance for it to be able to flood out or mechanically moved out the silt trapped in the reservoir. Also, it could be made by or with many mechanical, hydraulic or other possible methods at an individual dam site. This paper is to display that a conception of using siphoned tube attached with a float might be effectively and economically remove the silt from the reservoir without causing affection on reservoir without causing affection on reservoir operation of water and difficulties to the environment concerned. Also a very preliminary experiment for the conception was presented for the conception was presented to show the mechanism seems to work. |
