中文摘要 | 大埔水庫由於淤積嚴重,希望藉由經濟且有效的水力排砂方式清除水庫淤砂,然 而水力排砂所耗用水量與水庫供水標的相衝突,為兼顧清除水庫淤積與維持水庫正常供水之 目的,本文將研究大埔水庫考慮水力排砂時水庫操作規線之擬定。文中採用遺傳演算法結合水 庫營運模擬,同時考慮水庫庫容因泥砂淤積或排砂清淤之變化,以優選水庫排砂操作規線, 研究發現大埔水庫在每年 5、6 月為排砂較佳時機,優選所得到之排砂操作規線比傳統方法 優選的規線均有較低之溢流量與缺水率,可供大埔水庫實施排砂操作來使用,應可有效地處 理大埔水庫泥砂淤積問題或因排砂時消耗大量用水所造成之缺水情形。 |
英文摘要 | Tapu reservoir has had serious sedimentation problem since the dam was complete. In many places around the world, hydraulic flushing has been considered as an effective measure to control reservoir sedimentation and restore reservoir active storage capacity. However flushing sediment through the reservoir can consume a great amount of water. In order to maintain normal water supply coping with flushing operations, the genetic algorithm to optimize Tapu's reservoir operational rule curves is applied. Based on the genetic algorithm, the optimized operation rule curve is obtained through reservoir simulation model in which the changes of the reservoir storage is taken into account. From the simulated results, it is found that the better sediment flushing timing is in May or in June of a year. The optimized operational curve FL2 obtained in this study can be employed for the Tapu reservoir to effectively resolve the problems sedimentation and possible water shortage in flushing operations. |
