英文摘要 | Woodceramics is the carbide that woody material (particle board, resin-treated laminated compressed wood "compreg", etc) were carbonized in nitrogen to temperatures of 500℃~900℃ at a heating rate of 5℃ per minute. The carbide has many fine pores, big internal specific surfaces, and it can be used to absorb, leach and improve soil… etc. Wood wastes can be used and recycled in the process. This report explores the effects of carbonization temperature on basic properties of ceramics usually the carbide yield decreased when the carbonization temperature increase. The carbide yields were found in the order of Taiwania-fir compreg > Yellow lauan compreg > China-fir particle board > China-fir solid wood. The higher the PF resin contain the higher carbide yield. The carbide crystallinity as calculated by Segal's Peak height method, it increased with the carbonization temperature. Woodceramics carbide crystallinity is higher than wood crystallinity, the (002) peak moves to higher angle with the higher carbonization temperature, and the d value decreases with the increases carbonization temperature, the micro carbon crystal on the surface of wood fiber increases. |
