中文摘要 | 本研究係探討木質基材及木陶瓷,於不同製備條件下對其收碳率、碳化物收縮率、X射線繞射性質等基本性質之影響:(1)實木收碳率隨燒成溫度增加而減低,減低趨勢在燒成溫度600℃以內時較急速,600℃以上則趨緩和。實木碳化物收碳率,在燒成溫度1100℃時為19.6%~26.3%,粒片板碳化物收碳率,在燒成溫度1100℃時為20.4%~25.4%,粒片浸酚甲醛樹脂強化粒片板碳化物之收碳率,在燒成溫度1100℃時為33.4%~45%。(2)就三種昇溫速度對於收碳率相比較時,實木收碳率以5℃/min者較1℃/min及2℃/min條件為低。但粒片板及粒片浸酚甲醛樹脂強化粒片板之收碳率則在燒成溫度500℃以下,以5℃/min條件較小,在500℃以上時,則昇溫速度之影響不明顯。(3)實木於1100℃時,碳化物收縮率在弦向為19%~28%,徑向為28.6%~38.3%,縱向為21.9%~24.9%。而粒片板碳化物收縮率在板面平行方向為24.7%~28.7%,粒片層積方向(板厚方向)為34.3%~37.9%,粒片浸酚甲醛樹脂強化粒片板碳化物收縮率在板面平行方向為22%~23.9%,在粒片層積為13.2%~28.5%。(4)碳化物經X射線繞射,得其d002面繞射峰有隨燒成溫度增加而向23度集中傾向,相對其d002值則有變小趨勢。實木碳化物之d002值為0.501~0.363 nm,粒片板碳化物為0.489~0.369 nm。 |
英文摘要 | The purposes of this study was to investigate the manufacture of wood composite materials under various carbonization temperature (300~1100℃) and various rates of temperature raising. The yield of carbide (woodceramics), the rate of shrinkage, the properties of X-ray irradiation of the resultant woodceramics were also studied. The results are summarized as follows: (1) The carbide yields of solid wood decreased rapidly with increasing carbonization temperature lower than 600℃, however it became stable when the temperature higher than 600℃. The carbide yields were 18.6%~26.3%, 20 .4%~25 .4% and 33.4%~45% for solid wood at 1100℃, particleboard at 1000℃, and PF impregnated particleboard at 1100℃ respectively. (2) When the comparison of carbide yield was conducted among the three different rates of temperature rise. The carbide yields of solid wood at the rate of 5℃/min was lower than those of 1℃/min and 2℃/min respectively. However, the carbide yields of particleboard and PF impregnated particleboard showed lower values at the rate of 5℃ /min, when the carbonization temperature was below 500℃. But the effect of the rate of temperature rise showed no significant impact, when the carbonization temperature was over 500℃. (3) The shrinkage % of carbide of solid wood under 1100℃ carbonization temperature were 19%~28%, 28.6%~38.3% and 21.9%~24.9% in tangential, radial and longitudinal direction respectively. The shrinkage % of carbide of particleboard were 24.7%~28.7% and 34.3%~37.9% in parallel to surface direction and laminated layer direction of particleboard (thickness direction of particleboard). The shrinkage % of carbide of PF impregnated particleboard were 22%~23.9% and 13.2%~28.2% in parallel to surface direction, and laminated layer direction of particleboard. (4) When the carbonization temperature increase the X-ray irradiation on (surface), the peak value of 2θ of carbide approached to 23°, on the contrary, the values of d(002) showed a decreasing tendency. The values of d(002) were 0.501~0.363 nm for solid wood carbide, and particleboard carbide carbide respectively. |
