中文摘要 | 三種商用闊葉樹木材,以充細胞加壓法注入五種CNS規範之阻燃劑,並以 CNS-6532(建築物室內裝修材料之耐燃性檢驗法)之耐燃3級為基準,進行表面燃燒試驗,以探 討處理材之耐燃性改善效應及通過試驗標準時,藥劑最少推估吸收量。 未處理材均未能通過耐燃3級之標準;阻燃劑A、B及D處理材色澤變深暗。處理材之溫度時 間面積(tdθ)及餘焰時間(tl)分別與藥劑吸收量呈一次直線迴歸負相關。處理材燃燒性質之 改善分別如:IEtc,44~400%;IEtdθ,10~88%;IEC□,2~93%;IEtl,27~99%;IEWLG,12~84%。 各樹種推估通過標準之阻燃劑所需最少吸收量(以20%為例)分別為:非洲玫瑰 木:FR-A,130kg/m□;FR-B,227kg/m□;FR-C,118kg/m□;FR-D,159kg/m□;FR-E,143kg/m□。黃 柳桉木:FR-A,89kg/m□;FR-B,160kg/m□;FR-C,79kg/m□;FR-D,162kg/m□;FR-E,68kg/m□。 南洋烏心石:FR-A,154kg/m□;FR-B,143kg/m□;FR-C,131kg/m□;FR-D,128kg/m □;FR-E,135kg/m□。 |
英文摘要 | Three commercial hardwoods were treated with five fire retardants specified in CNS 4180-4184 by full cell process. The improving efficiencies (IE) were described via CNS-6532 "Method of test for incombustibility of internal finish material of building." Control group of three wood species failed at the third grade test of CNS-6532. Became dark color for specimens after treated by fire retardants A, B and D. After treatment the temperature time area (tdθ) and the afterflaming time(tl) decrease with increasing retention of the chemicals. The improving efficiency of fire performance characteristics as IEtc: 44~400%; IEtdθ: 10~88%; IEC□: 2~93%; IEtl: 27~99%, and IEWLP: 12~84%, respectively. The estimated retention to pass the third grade of CNS-6532 as follows: Bubinga: FR-A, 130 kg/m□; FR-B, 227 kg/m□; FR-C, 118 kg/m□; FR-D, 159 kg/m□; FR-E, 143 kg/m □. Yellow lauan: FR-A, 89 kg/m□; FR-B, 160 kg/m□; FR-C, 79 kg/m□; FR-D, 162 kg/m □; FR-E, 68 kg/m□.
