中文摘要 | 逢機選取72頭體重約6.3kg之28日齡離乳仔豬,探討卵蛋白及MacroGard��(MG)作 為免疫增強劑對仔豬生長性能及免疫功能的影響。依逢機完全區集設計分入三個處理組,第一組為仔一與 仔一與仔二基礎料組,第二組為仔一與仔二基礎料組添加卵蛋白0.05%,第三組為仔一與仔二基礎 料組添加MG0.06%。由結果得知,離乳後0~14天,仔一基礎料組添加卵蛋白或MG之隻日增重 依序增進14.6(p=0.08)與11.8%(p>0.05),飼料效率依序改善6.8(=0.04)與8.4%(=0.09), 隻日飼料攝食量亦稍有增加,但組間差異不顯著(p>0.05)。至於離乳後14~28天,仔二基礎 料添加卵蛋白或 MG 的飼養效果,雙日增重與飼效料效率卻有較差的結果,惟無顯著性差異 (p<0.05)。以飼養效果而言,仔二料添加效果不佳,無繼續添加之必要。對免疫功能的影響 , 添加卵蛋白與 MG 雖稍有提高 PR 疫苗免疫中和抗體力價之效果, 惟無顯著差異 (p>0.05),對豬瘟疫苗免疫中和抗體力價則有增強免疫之效果 (p<0.05)。 對血清免疫球蛋 白的影響顯示,仔豬離乳後第 14 天,對照組添加卵蛋白與 MG 有減少血清 IgG 與 IgM 量與 提高血清 IgA 量的免疫效果,惟處理間無顯著差異 (p<0.05)。 |
英文摘要 | Seventy-two 28-day-old piglets averaging 6.3 kg body weight were used to study the effects of an egg whit product (EWP)and MacroGard�� (MG) on growth and immune responses. Three dietary treatments were:(0)Pre-starter and starter basal diet;(2) Pre-starter and starter basal diet plus EWP 0.05%;(3) Pre-starter and starter basal diet plus MG 0.06%. The growth performance showed pigs fed pre-starter containing EWP and MG had greater ADG 14.6(p=0.08) and 11.8% (p>0.05) and improved FC 6.8 (p=0.04) and 8.4%(p=0.09),respectively from 0 to 14 d postweaning than pigs fed control diet. ADFI also appeared to be slightly increased, but not significantly. On the other hand, pigs fed starter containing EWP and MG did not improve ADG, ADFI,or FC, nor did pigs fed unsupplemented diet during the period from 14 to 28d. As to immune funciton, pigs fed diet containing EWP and MG had a tendency toward better PR vaccine antibody titers, although no significant differences (p>0.05)were found. However, there was a significant difference in cholera vaccine antibody titers (p<0.05)with pigs fed EWP and MG. As to effect on serum immunoglobulin level, although not statistically significant, both EWP and MG decreased serum IgG and IgM and increased IgA concentration unlike pigs fed the control diet by d 14 postweaning. These data indicate that adding EWP and MG as immunostimulants in pre-starter had an effect on ADG and FC and had an immunity stimulation effect on cholera inoculation, but not in starter diet for young pigs. |
