中文摘要 | 本研究旨在比較屏東縣合併與未合併山地國民小學在教育背景、投入、過程與產 出的差異情形,並以學校背景、單位成本、教師教學行為、教師工作滿意與學生學習成就, 分別作為該四方面的代表變項:同時分析合併後的學校之原有山地教育問題的改善情形、教 師教育信念,以及合併計畫需考量的因素,以評估合併學校之成效、歸納實施合併時需考量 之因素,作為小型山地國民小學合併制度之參考依據。.本研究採用 CIPP 之結構及問卷和 訪問二種調查法,用自編的調查工具,以屏東縣山地國民小學教師和四、六年級學生為研究 對象進行取樣, 以 t 考驗、單因子變異數分析、卡方檢定等方法,進行間卷調查所得資料 之分析。訪問調查則以屏東縣二所已合併山地國民小學之教師、行政人員與家長為研究對象 ,訪問所得資料進行內容分析,以作為問卷調查結果的參照比較資料。根據資料分析的結果 ,所得的結論如下,一、在學校背景方面,學校合併可提高學校的服務水準。二、在教育投 入方面,學校合併可節省經費,達成教育經濟效益的目標。三、教育過程中非校內人員可改 變之因素,會影響學生學習成就。四、在教育產出方面,學校合併後業降低教師工作滿足以 及學生學習成就。五、學校合併可改善大部分原有山地教育問題,部分校內人員難以控制的 問題未有明顯改善。六、實施小型山地國民小學合併計畫需考量因素眾多,政府、社區和學 校宜審慎評估、充分滿通後取得共識,同時需建立制度,以法令訂定強制台併法定標準,以 達成教育的適當性之目的。最後依據結論對教育行政機關和校內人員以及未來研究方面提出 建議。 |
英文摘要 | The proposes of this study were to investigate the differences among the educational context, input. process and product on consolidated and unconsolidated elementary schools in Pingtung aboriginal area. School context. expenditure, teachers' instructional behavior, teachers' job satisfactorion, and students. academic achievement were used as representative variables of four aspects. In addition, the improvement of aboriginal educational problems. teacher instructional beliefs, and considerable factors which influenced the effect of consolidated plan were also investigated in this study. Questionnaire and interview methods were used to collect data. Chisquare,t-test and one-way ANOVA were adopted to analyze the data. On the basis of statistical and interview results, the conclusions were drawn as follows: 1.School consolidation could Promote the service level of school. 2.school consolidation could cut the expendings and achieve the objective of educational economic effect. 3.Uncontrolable factors for school members would affect the academic achevements of students. 4.School consolidation would not reduce teachers' job satisfaction and students' academic achievement. 5.School consolidation would resolve the most of original educational problems. 6.A consolidation policy was required to be legisated. Suggestions related to consolidation Policies. school adminstration and teaching and further research were also provided. |
