中文摘要 | 將Al(C�淡�板��)在高溫去離子水中水解,並加入酸且迴流形成穩定的Boehmite sol, 所得溶膠經噴霧乾燥、冷凍乾燥及烘箱乾燥等不同乾燥方式製成乾膠粉末後再經鍛燒 的步驟形成三氧化二鋁粉體, 其相變化隨不同鍛燒溫度在溫度 200 ∼ 1000 ℃的變化為 Boehmite、g-Al �� O �陘� d-Al �� O �陛C 其中以噴霧乾燥方式所得粉末會形成中空的球 形粉體,為一種低介電係數的材料,而以冷凍乾燥及烘箱乾燥所得乾膠經鍛燒後粉體在 750 ℃以上會裂解成較細的一次粒子,但以冷凍乾燥所形成的乾膠經高溫鍛燒後所得粉體凝聚較 鬆散,而以烘箱乾燥所形成的乾膠經高溫鍛燒後會因水中親和力的作用而形成較硬的凝聚體 ,而這種凝聚體將會使該粉體的應用受到限制。 |
英文摘要 | Aluminum tri-sec-butoxide reacted with hot DI water and reflux after adding acid as a catalytic to form the stable boehmite sol. There are three methods to dry the boehmite sol and form the dried gel such as oven drying, spray drying and freeze-drying. The dried gel was calcined at high temperature to form the Al �� O �� powder. The phase of powder became boehmite, g-Al �� O �� and d-Al �� O �� after treating at 200 ∼ 1000 ℃. The powder formed by spray drying shown a hollow sharp even treating at high temperature. It is a knind of low K material. The powder formed a small particle after treating at 750 ℃ or above. The powder formed by freeze-drying was divided to a small particle. But the powder formed by over drying would sintering together. It had a larger aggregation size after high temperature treatment and may cause by the hydrophilic force during oven drying. The aggregation of powder would limit the application of itself. |
