中文摘要 | 本研究是以作者等所作之水模擬實驗之研究結果為依據,以A356鑄造用鋁合金 為基材,以粒徑約20μm之碳化矽(SiC)粒子為強化材料,以粒子分佈最佳之攪拌葉片攪 拌,以液態金屬強制攪拌法,熔煉並澆鑄製作SiCp/A356鋁基複合材料。碳化矽(SiC)粒 子經過預熱後加入A356鋁合金熔液中,並以自製之攪拌機攪拌,使碳化矽(SiC)粒子均 勻分佈於A356基材內。 本實驗研究主要是探討攪拌速度、強化粒子(SiC)之添加量、T6熱處理之時效時間 及鑄造方法等製程參數,對SiCp/A356鋁基複合材料的金相組織與機械性質之影響。 由實驗結果,可以得出以下結論﹕ (1)攪拌速度愈大,碳化矽(SiC)強化粒子之分佈效果愈均勻。 (2)碳化矽(SiC)強化粒子之分佈愈均勻,SiCp/A356鋁基複合材料之硬度愈高。 (3)碳化矽(SiC)強化粒子添加量愈多,硬度愈高,衝擊值愈低。 (4)隨著T6熱處理時效時間之增加,硬度及抗拉強度有增加的趨勢,但衝擊值降低 。 (5)在T6熱處理條件下,以CO□模澆鑄的SiCp/A356鋁基複材,其部份的機械性質較 優於金屬模,但衝擊值則較差。 |
英文摘要 | This study applied the water experiment results completed by, the authors to making SiCp/A356 composite in accordance to the optimal stirring blade design for particle distribution. During the manufacturing process. A356 aluminum alloy, was chosen as the base matrix. SiCp particle as the reinforcements. To have a uniform distribution of particle inside the A356 matrix, liquid aluminum including, preheated SiCp particles was stirred by, self-made stirring machine. The objective of the experiment is to figure out the effect of stirring, speed, the amount of SiC reinforcements. T6 treatment acting and casting method factors on the microstructure and mechanical properties of SiCp/A356 composite. According to the experiments. it is concluded that : (I)The faster the stirring speed, the more uniform distribution of the reinforcements. (2) The more uniform distribution of the reinforcements. the higher the hardness of the SiCp/A356 composite. (3) The large the amount of the additives. the higher the hardness. but the lower the impact value. (4) As the T6 heat treatment aging time increases, there exists a trend of increase in hardness and tensile strength, but a decrease in impact value. (5) Under T6 heat treatment condition, the mechanical properties of composites made by C0□ mold are better than by metal mold, but expect the impact value. |
