中文摘要 | 本文先以理論推導的方式,分別推導出用來預測切屑流動方向及說明切屑捲曲 型態之數學模式,並藉著工具顯微鏡及影像處理的輔助,分別來量測切屑流動方向及觀察 切屑捲曲型態,並從切削刀具的受力情況,切削刀具的幾何形狀及切削條件,來探討其因 果關係,以作為切屑斷屑器裝置的理論依據及提供切屑處理、控制之參考。 |
英文摘要 | This study uses mechanics theory to create the mathematical models to predict the chip- flow direction and form of chip in cutting. Then, by the help of the tool microscope and the image scanning machine to measure the real behavior of the chip. By comparing theory with practice, we can find the influence of the cutting tools and the environmental conditions. It can be useful to form a theoretical model to help design the chip breaker. |
