中文摘要 | 本試驗目的在探討利用近紅外線反射光譜分析儀(near infrared reflectance spectroscopy, NIRS)測定盤固草之粗蛋白質、酸洗纖維及粗纖維含量之可行性,以期能快速 評估牧草品質,以提供酪農選擇盤固草及調配飼料配方之參考。試驗結果顯示,利用NIRS 建立之盤固草粗蛋白質、酸洗纖維及粗纖維之檢量線(calibration equation) 其R2分別為 0.96、0.82及0.88。檢量標準偏差(standard error of calibration, SEC)分別為0.54、 1.84及1.75%。此三條檢量線利用其他盤固草樣品測定結果和化學分析值此較,其相關性r 分別為0.99、0.94,及0.88,測定標準偏差(standard error of prediction, SEP)分別為 0.51,1.53及1.82%。利用NIRS及化學方法測定不同劃期盤固草之粗蛋白質、酸洗纖維及粗 纖維含量,結果差異不大。本試驗證實,利用NIRS可快速評估盤固草之粗蛋白質、酸洗纖維 及粗纖維含量。 |
英文摘要 | The objectives of this study were to establish the calibration equations of near infrared reflectance spectroscopy (NIRS) for determining crude protein (CP), acid detergent fiber (ADF) and crude fiber (CF) of pangolagrass (Digitaria decumbens ). The correlation coefficients (R2) of the NIRS for determining CP, ADF and CF were 0.96, 0.82 and 0.88, respectively and the standard errors of calibration (SEC) were 0.54, 1.84 and 1.75%. The correlation coefficients of prediction (r) validation for evaluating CP, ADF and CF of pangolagrass were 0.99, 0.94 and 0.88 and the standard errors of prediction (SEP) were 0.51, 1.53 and 1.82%, respectively. There were no significant difference between the NIRS and the chemical method in determining the CP ADF and CF of pangolagrass at different cutting stage. The results showed that the NIRS could be used for rapid determination on CP, ADF and CF of pangolagrass. |
