英文摘要 | The combination of "time delay neural network" and "dynamic programming" has recently been considered a promising approach for speech recognition. In this paper, we intend to innovate a speech recognizer for Mandarin digits based on the hardware specifications of the real circuitry. The constituted neural network in conjunction with a simplified dynamic time warping technique results in a compendious framework. During the stage of computer simulation, we train this network by using the speech samples collected from six speakers. The integrated system performs very well for the training as well as testing samples. According to our evaluation, the developed algorithm can be carried out using ADSP-2101 with necessary memory expansion. Such a consequence reflects its potential value on many practical applications. |
