中文摘要 | 本研究之主要目的在於探討高級工業職業學校學生鑄造基礎技術能力之學習歷程 ,以作為設計與改善高級工業職業學校鑄造實習課程及教學之參考。本研究採能力分析法, 透過文獻探討與分析,建立理論基礎,並以實驗設計為主。基於研究結果,本研究發現: ( 1 )就鑄造尺寸精度的觀點而言,基礎技術能力的學習歷程是一種上下起伏波動不定的 學習歷程。( 2 )就砂模硬度的觀點而言,基礎技術能力的學習歷程是一種剛開始不太穩 定,然後逐漸趨於穩定的學習歷程。( 3 )就造模完成時間的觀點而言,基礎技術能力的 學習歷程是一種剛開始不太穩定且不減少,但逐漸趨於減少的學習歷程。( 4 )基礎技術 能力的學習歷程大致上均須經過嘗試錯誤的歷程。( 5 )木模實習成績與鑄造實習成績呈 穩定之正相關。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this study was to explore the learning process of foundry technical skills of vocational industrial high school students, which can be the reference for designing and improving foundry work shop curriculum and instruction. This study adopted the research method of ability analysis, and based the experimental design on intensive literature review and analysis. This study found: (1) From the view point of casting dimension precision, the learning process of basic technical skills was unstable (up-and-down). (2) From the view point of mold hardness, the learning process of basic technical skills was unstable at the first, then gradually became stable. (3) From the view point of mold making time, the learning process of basic technical skills was unstable and decreased gradually as practice time increased. (4) The learning process of basic technical skills was generally deemed to undergo a trial-and-error process. (5) The grades in the wood-pattern work shop and foundry work shop have a positive correlation. |
