中文摘要 | 近年來貨櫃船要求船速高、馬力大,以增加競爭力,但亦產生嚴重的振動問題。欲解決此問題,必須改變螺槳設計方法,而且傳統標準系列螺槳已不適用。基隆總廠近幾年建造的貨櫃船,都採用理論設計的高歪斜螺槳,效果非常好。本文謹就此等高歪斜螺槳之設計加以探討。 |
英文摘要 | For recent years, container vessels are requested to have faster speed, and higher power to make more competitive. Some Serious vibration problems occurred on those vessels. In order to solve these problems, different design method from the conventional is necessary, and the non wake adapted standard series type propeller is totally unsuitable for this type of application and should never be used. Three high skew propellers designed according to theory method for non-uniform wake are used for container vessels built at Keelung Shipyard recent years, and have excellent performance in speed and vibration. The related design will be presented in this paper. |
