中文摘要 | 本研究係利用大腸桿菌群濾膜檢測法,分析宜蘭縣主次要河川水體水質中微生物 含量的變化。地面河川水體水質標準微生物指標菌>10000MPN/100ml即失去檢測之 意義,亦即高於此值此水體之用途與微生物多寡之關係幾乎不存在,依法被限定於 指定用途不致危害到生物。研究顯示微生物含量受污染之影響明顯可見。本成果可 提供產業與民生用水取用水體時之重要參考。 |
英文摘要 | This study utilizes membrane filtration analysis of coliform, analysing the quantity variation of microorganism in the primary and secondary river in I- Lan. Once the quantity of indicator microorganism in water>10000MPN /100ml, the point of examination is lost. That is, the purpose of the water whose number is higher than this hardly relates to the quantity of microorganism. Limited by the appointed purpose according to the law. Use the purpose of the water correct would not hurt the living things. The research shows that the quantity of microorganism is obviously influenced by the pollution. The result is an important reference for industrial and daily water supply. |
