中文摘要 | 為了評估動物廢水對河川污染的影響,進行了鴨源與牛源廢水之傳統污染指標、 糞大腸桿菌群 (FC) 與糞鏈球菌群 (FS) 菌量比值 (FC/FS) 及 FS 菌相分布等指標研究, 並與人源與豬源資料比較。經過處理後之鴨源廢水在傳統污染指標檢測上,大致符合放流水 標準, 牛源廢水則在化學需氧量與懸浮固體量有偏高之情形。 終沉池和排放渠水之 FC/FS 值, 鴨源 (5.11 ± 5.04)、 牛源 (4.18 ± 3.40) 與水源 (46.52 ± 40.95) 及豬源 (0.83 ± 0.56) 有顯著的差異 (p<0.05)。 鴨源與人源 FS 菌相以 E. faecalis 與 E. faecium 佔大部分,但人源之 E. durans 菌量較鴨源高出很多。豬源廢水以 E. durans 為 主,E. faecalis 與 E. faecium 僅佔少部分。牛源除了 S. bovis 外,並無分布比例較高 的菌種。 不同動物有明顯不同之 X 比值 ((E. hirae+E. durans)/(E. faecalis+E. faecium)),此亦可作為污染區分之參考。 |
英文摘要 | This study evaluates the degree of water pollution in streams, due to different animal species, by analyzing conventional water pollution indicators, specific bacterial indicators, and flora of fecal streptococci of wastewater samples from ducks and cattle. Conventional indicators of duck effluent all complied with the effluent standard, while some COD and SS of cattle effluent did not. FC/FS of duck and cattle effluent was significantly different from that of human and swine effluent (p<0.05). Entercoccus faecalis and E. facium dominated in human and duck effluent. However, E. durans in human effluent was much more common than in duck effluent. E. durans was predominant in swine effluent, which contained few E. faecalis and E. faecium. Streptococcus bovis in cattle effluent was significantly more common than in that of other animals. Different animal species showed distinguishable X ratios, (E. durans/E. hirae)/ (E. faecalis/E. feacium), which could be used to distinguish wastewater from different animals. |
