中文摘要 | 本文主要是介紹一個在機器會發生失效狀態的時間是呈現廣義Pareto失效分配下的檢查程序,以作為決定何時須對機器進行檢驗,進而及時查出機器的失效狀態以減少因未發現所引起的成本損失。我們提出的方法是根據Munford和Shahani(1972)所提出的一個參數的檢查程序。其特性是連續的檢驗時間會隨著機器的失效率是遞增(遞減)而遞減(遞增)。因此,在計算出最佳檢查程序的參數值後,我們即可迅速地找出依序的檢驗時間。Barlow et al.(1963)亦曾討論過相同的問題,並提出一遞迴式來取得依序的檢驗時間。故本文最後就針對最小期望成本和取得各次檢驗時間所花費的計算時間,對這兩個檢查程序作一比較。比較結果顯示兩個檢查程序的最小期望成本差異很少,但本方法取得依序的檢驗時間所花費的計算時間卻較為快速。 |
英文摘要 | This paper is concerned with an easily computable inspection policy for the detection of the failure of a system when the time to failure of the system follows a generalized Pareto distribution. The main idea underlying our approach was given by Munford and Shahani [7]: a one-parameter policy with the property of decreasing (increasing) intervals between successive inspection times if the system has an increasing (decreasing) failure rate. Some numerical results are provided, from which the successive inspection times can be computed easily. Barlow et al. [3] have considered the same problem and proposed a recurrence relation to derive the inspection times. We present numerical results to compare their results with ours. |
