中文摘要 | 探討落花生之遺傳變異有助於其品種改良。本試驗以臺灣近 50 年來所育成的落 花生品種為材料,利用逢機擴增多形性 DNA ( random amplified polymmorphic DNA; 簡 稱 RAPD )從分子層次上直接偵測作物基因組上之差異, 探討落花生之遺傳變異程度。 由 RAPD 之結果,得到品種之間的平均遺傳距離為 0.411,由分群分析將品種分為 6 群:第一 群包含臺農 1 號、臺農 2 號等 21 個品種;第二群為臺南 7 號; 第三群為 PI 314817; 第四群為 Chiba Bunch;第五群為澎湖 2 號及 Java 2 號;第六群為臺農 5 號。其中以臺 農 5 號與他品種之遺傳距離最遠。北港白油豆、西班牙白、Florispan Runner 三者累積遺 傳貢獻度達 62.2%,但遺傳距離為 0.378。所以臺灣地區落花生育種宜採用親緣關係遠的品 種當作雜交親本,以擴大遺傳變異。臺南區農業改良場所育成之品種一般其遺傳距離較小, 顯示遺傳組成接近, 一旦遭遇逆境時,品種之感染性類似,將引致栽培上之損失,因此在品 種栽培上必須加以注意。 |
英文摘要 | Exploration of the genetic diversity among peanut (Arachis hypogaea L.) varieties should be helpful to peaunt breeders. The differences of crop genomes were directly detected by RAPD in DNA level. It was found that the mean genetic distance was 0.411 among varieties, and varieties were classified into 6 groups: group 1 included Tainung 1 and 2 and the other 21 varieties; group 2 only had Tainan 7; group 3 had PI 314817 and Chiba Bunch; group 4 had Ponghu 2; group 5 had Java 2; Group 6 included Tainung 5, which had the farthest genetic distance away from the other varieties. The accumulated genetic contribution of Peikang White Oil Bean, Spanish White, and Florispan Runner was 62.2%, and the genetic distance was 0.378. In order to broaden peanut genetic diversity, the varieties have closer parental relationship should not be chosen as hybrid parents in peanut breeding program. The genetic distance is smaller among the varieties released from Tainan District Agricultural Improvement Station. It means that genetic components are very close, so we should be cautious of the loss in culture when these varieties face the stress. |
