中文摘要 | 本試驗旨在探討溫度及介質對梨山地區(北緯24°15'54",東經121°15'10",海拔高度2000 m) 採集之臺灣百合(Lilium formosanum Wall)種子發芽之影響。發芽介質計有濾紙、泥炭土、蛭石、及泥炭土-蛭石混合物(1:1, v/v)等四種,發芽培養溫度則有4、5、10、15、20、25、及30 ℃等七種恆溫等級。根據試驗結果,臺灣百合種子發芽確實反應了溫度差異,雖然可於 105 天以內在黑暗中4-25 ℃範圍發芽,惟發芽適溫介於15-20 ℃。 無論何種介質,一般言在10-20 ℃範圍培養至第48天之累積發芽百分比可達90%。在5 ℃下,種子發芽始於第52天,當溫度降至4 ℃,則延遲至第102天始見發芽。惟當溫度升高至25 ℃時,累積發芽百分比低於8%,至30 ℃時種子不發芽。臺灣百合種子之累積發芽百分比曲線符合logistic函數,不同介質在不等溫度下達發芽所需要的時間不一,其中以濾紙的發芽結果較佳。無論何種介質累積發芽達50%所需時間(T50)均隨著溫度(20 ℃)下降而增加,在15-20 ℃適溫下僅需2週,而在4 ℃則需要至少111天。 |
英文摘要 | Seeds of Lilium formosanum Wall. collected from Lishan area (24°15'54" N, 121 ° 15'10"E, elevation of 2000 m) were germinated on 4 substrate media, filter paper, peat moss, vermiculite, and peat moss-vermiulite mixture (1:1, v/v,) at 7 temperature levels, 4, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 ℃, to determine effects of substrate medium and incubation temperture on germination. Results show that seed germination of Lilium formosanum Wall. was sensitive to temperature. It germinated over a temperature range of 4 to 25 ℃ within 105-day period after incubation, with optimum in 15 to 20 ℃ in darkness. Generally, cumulative germination reached more than 90% in 48 days in the 10-20 ℃ range. At 5 ℃, germination started at day 52, and extended to day 102 at 4 ℃. Percent germination was greatly reduced to less than 8% at 25 ℃. No seeds germinated at 30 ℃. The cumulative germination pattern can be fitted to a logistic function, required varied time period for germination to occur in different substrate media at different temperatures. Filter paper obtained the best germination performance at all temperatures. Results indicate that T50 increased with the decrease of incubation temperature in the four substrate media. The 50% of final germination percentage was achieved in 2 weeks in the optimum temperature range, but requited at least 111 days for seeds germinated at 4 ℃. |
