中文摘要 | 近年來由於國內對於天然氣之需求日盛,而自產量卻逐年遞減,因此乃從國外進 口液化天然氣 (LNG),以便使民生及工業所需無匱乏之虞。為了調節北部地區尖峰、離峰時 段供應量之差異,必須興建一座大型的儲氣槽,以供尖、離峰時段的緩衝之用。本公司為配 合永安接收站第三期擴建,在考量環保及工安的問題、用地取得的困難、以及經濟評估後, 決定採用利用老舊氣田,並將之轉換成為地下儲氣窖的方式,選擇鐵砧山氣田,作為將來進 口液化天然氣之地下儲氣層。目前,這個計劃已經進入地面管線設備的設計階段。為了確實 了解 LNG 注入氣層後,再生產出來, 其在井口分離器內之溫度與壓力的變化,以便能決定 是否有必要在井場裝設冷卻器或者加熱器,所以必須進行此一研究。因為裝設冷卻器所需要 的費用為一相當龐大的數目,在數千萬元以上,所以這項研究工作之成果,可以說非常重要 ,有可能可以為公司省下一筆為數不小的成本投資。根據模擬計算的結果顯示,若以氣層壓 力為 2500 Psi ∼ 3000 Psi、 井口流壓在經節流嘴降壓後為 1000 Psi ∼ 1350 Psi 之設 計條件,則氣體在分離器內之溫度不至於過高, 因此,無需在井場裝設冷卻裝置,但 在開井後最初十分鐘左右,有些情況可能會有水化物的生成。要克服此一問題,可以考慮在 這段時間內減少經過節流嘴的壓力降,或是是加裝加熱器。 |
英文摘要 | Recently, the requirement of natural gas has been continually increasing in the nation. However, the domestic production is decreasing year by year. To conquer this problem, it is necessary to import liquefied natural gas (LNG) to settle the needs. In order to accommodate the enormous difference between the peak and off-peak hour of the natural gas supply in northern Taiwan, a large LNG storage tank is required. Having taken the environmental protection and public safety issues as well as the difficulty of getting permission of land use and economic evaluation into consideration, it was decided to use one of the old gas reservoirs as an underground gas storage. The TCS field was selected to be the one. The project is, in the mean time, at the stage of designing the ground surface pipeline layout. It is essential to have the knowledge of the behaviour of the pressure and temperature in the separator when the injected gas is re-produced. This is to decide whether it is necessary to build in cooler or heater at the well site. Either cooler or heater is a significant amount of investment, and the result of this study will be able to provide information that might help the company to avoid the unnecessary investment. The result of the calculation shows that under the given conditions, which the pressure of the reservoir to be 2500 Psi ∼ 3000 Psi, and the final pressure after pressure drop by the choke at the surface to be 1000 Psi ∼ 1350 Psi, the gas temperature in the separator will fall in the temperature range allowed. Therefore, there is no need to build in cooling equipment. Nevertheless, during the very beginning 10 minutes or so, hydrates might be formed in some cases due to a large pressure drop. This can be overcome either by lessening the pressure drop during the very beginning period or by installing heating equipment at the well site. |
