中文摘要 | 在無裂縫之儲氣層內,使聚合物吸附於岩石之表面而降低天然氣井之產水量以延 長生產井之壽命,近年在歐洲已有很成功的現場應用實例之報導。此種處理方法成功之要件 為:確認出水原因及選用適當之聚合物。聚合物須能耐氣層靜溫、與地層水相容、易被儲氣 層岩石吸附,具良好之偽塑性行為及確實能有效的降低岩石對水之相對滲透率。本研究已建 立篩選聚合物之靜態試驗技術並正組裝所需之動態試驗設備、下年度將再針對數種耐高溫之 聚合物進行篩選試驗,期能選一適用於鐵砧山氣田飲聚合物以供現場作實際測試。 |
英文摘要 | In non-fracture gas reservoir, successfully using polymer adsorption phenomenon on the rock grain particles surface to reduce water production rate and prolong the life of some gas wells in Europe can be found in some recent reports. Ther necessary conditions for achieving success in this treatment are defining water out mechanism and using appropriate polymer. The selected polymer should have good temperature toleration and good adsorption ability on rock grains, be compatible with formation water, have good rheology properties and be able to effectively reduce relative water permeability of the rocks. Some static testing methods and equipments have been setup in this study. The dynamic testing equipment is currently being established. Some high temperature polymers will be screened in the next year. It is hoped to get some suitable polymers for field test in the TCS field. |
