中文摘要 | 目前國內專科學校對教師課程指派,大多由各科主任排定,其考慮重點不外是教 師之興趣、專長、超鐘點數等等,然而如果科目、教師過多時,單依科主任個人之經驗恐怕 不易排出最佳組合, 因本文嘗試以整數規劃之方法建立教師課程指派模式,並以此模式建立 一套交談式教師課程指派決策支援系統 (Decision Support System, DSS), 用以協助排課 者進行有效率之課程指派作業,進行提高教學品質。另外,為了測試該系統之效度,本文並 以本校某科之下學期之排課為例做實證分析,其結果與現況比較後,經統計檢定其效果大致 令人滿意。 |
英文摘要 | In the present, most of the courses assignment of teachers in junior colleges are proceeded by the director of every department. In general, they assign the courses to the teachers according to their specialty, interesting and teaching hours. However, if the numbers of the teachers and courses are overloaded, it is not easy to make an optimal assignment. This paper develops a course assignment decision support system with an integer programming model to assist the director to do this work. To demonstrate the validity of this system, a real case is presented to illustrate the application of this system. The result is satisfied by statistical test. |
