中文摘要 | 表面聲波濾波器是由製作於壓電基板上之指叉換能器(interdigital transducer , IDT) 所組成,IDT 之幾何結構具有橫向濾波器之特性, IDT 之頻率響應亦具有帶通濾波 器功能。由於聲波之波長遠小於電磁波之波長,與傳統濾波器相比,表面聲波濾波器有尺寸 小,結構簡單以及與 IC 技術相容等優點。本文探討表面聲波濾波器之工作原理、設計之方 法及其步驟。 |
英文摘要 | Surface acoustic wave(SAW) filters consist of input and output interdigital transducers (IDTs) fabricated on piezoelectric substrates. The frequency response of an IDT is characterized by its geometrical configurations and functions as the transversal filter. Hence, IDT can be realized as a bandpass filter. As Compared with traditional filters, SAW filters have been widely used at high frequency ranges due to their compact sizes, simple geometrical structures and IC technique compatibility. In this study, the frequency responses of SAW filters are discussed and detailed procedure for designing SAW filters also elucidated. |
