中文摘要 | 隨著經濟的發達,台灣傳統農業機械製造業面臨了傳統機械加工技術及勞力不足 的問題。以往有廠商直接引進三次元空間電腦輔助機械繪圖設計與製造 (3D-CAD/CAM) 的技 術,卻由於技術面過於超前現況而無法發揮其強大功能。追究原因為目前台灣的農業機械 零件設計圖有 90 %以上是以二次元 (2D) 的電腦輔助機械製圖軟體 AutoCAD(ACAD) 繪製 而成,因此只要 2D 的 CAD/CAM 技術再加上簡單的深度控制即可解決問題。 本研究即改良 電腦體數值控制機 (CNC) 鑽銑床,即其功能擴充到與 ACAD 圖檔連結, 使其更能為現階段 農業機械製造業所適用。 本研究獲得以下幾點結果: (1) 可以直接命令 CNC 鑽銑床根據 ACAD 圖檔進行加工。 (2) 機械設計師可先以本系統的模擬環境進行模擬加工,再決定是否 進行實機加工。(3) 本系統可與傳統 CNC 加工語言 G、M 碼相容,程式設計師亦可以 G、M 碼在本系統中進行模擬加工。 |
英文摘要 | Following swift economics development, the agricultural machinery manufacturing industry in Taiwan facing problems fo technologies and labor insuffciency. Three dimensions (3-D) computer-aided design and manufacturing technologies had been adopted by the industry to solve the problems but the resultes were not very impressing for the industry appeared unable to fully take advantage of advanced 3-D technologies. Study shows that most of Taiwan's agricultural machinery element design drawings were accomplished by computer-aided drawing software package "AutoCAD'(ACAD). For this reason, it was thought that two dimensions CAD/Cam technologies with simple depth control would be sufficient for the industry. This research modified a computer-numberical-control (CNC) drilling and milling machine to enable it to interface with ACAD. The goal was to develop a simple but powerful enough CAD/CAm system for Taiwan's agricultural machinery industry. Following results have been achieved: (1) The CNC machine could read in ACAD files and conducted processing works according to the files. (2) An emulation environoment of the system developed can be used to preview the emulated processing procedures can be determined without materials wasting. (3) The system is compatible with the popular CNC processing languaage G, M codes. Desingers cna use G, M codes to do processing-simulation in this system. |
