中文摘要 | 近年來由於消費者意識高漲,致使社會大眾非常重視醫療保健服務品質,迫使護理專業人員須評價自己的護理服務品質,而從病人對服務的滿意程度是最好的指標。由於本院一直未曾制定出一份病人滿意度調查表,因此無法瞭解病人對護理服務的滿意程度,以致無從改善與提昇護理品質,故興起本研究的動機,以探討住院病人對護理服務的滿意度及其影響因素。針對年滿15歲且入院72小時之住院病人為對象,採問卷訪談方式進行調查,共收案201位,資料收集後經SAS/PC電腦軟體統計分析處理。 研究結果顯示:1.住院病人對護理服務的自覺需要程度介於『有時需要』與『大部分需要』間,其中以「當您有事找護士時能很快得到回應」(Mean = 4.56)和「做檢查或治療前先向您說明,讓您有所準備」(Mean = 4.56)之得分最高。2.住院病人對護理服務的滿意程度介於『部分滿意』與『很滿意』間,其中以「護士照顧您時態度親切開朗」(Mean = 4.82)得分最高。3.住院病人對護理服務的自覺需要程度會因病房別、科別、住院天數及陪伴者有無之不同而有顯著差異。4.住院病人對護理服務的滿意程度會因病房別、科別之不同而有顯著差異。且住院病人對護理服務滿意程度會因病人對護理服務的自覺需要程度不同,而有顯著差異。建議將此「護理服務滿意程度調查表」做為醫院評量住院病人滿意度之工具,且研究結果可做為評價護理服務品質的指標及初次閾值訂定的參考值。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the degree of satisfaction with nursing care and the factors which is influenced such evaluations in inpatients. An interview and questionnaire were administered 201 inpatients over 15 years of age who were admitted for longer than 72 hours. All data were analyzed with SAS/PC. The results showed that: (1) self-reported need for nursing care in most inpatients was between “ sometimes needed” and “usually needed”. Among the nursing needs, ” rapid response by nurses ”(mean = 4.56) and “ nurscs’ cxplanation before a special xamination or treatment”( mean = 4.56) scored the highest. ( 2 ) The mean degree of satisfaction of all inpatients was between “partially satisfied” and “very satisfied”. Among the factors, “nurses’ bright friendly attitude ”(mean = 4.82) scored the highest. (3)The degree of self-reported need for nursing care in inpatients varied significantly among patients form different wards and departments, patients with different length of stay and between patients with visitors and patierts who had none. (4) The degree of satisfaction with nursing care among inpatients varied significantly between wards and departments. The nursing-care satisfaction scale can be used as the tool to evaluate the quality of nursing card. The results can be utilized as one indicator of perceived quality of nursing care. |
