| 中文摘要 | 高雄榮民總醫院為新成立之醫院,秉著臺北、臺中榮民總醫院之宗旨與目標,為南 部地區民眾服務。在三年中已評比為醫學中心。而本院護理部更為提高護理品質,特由護理 品管委員會調查住院病患對護理服務之滿意度,做為訂定護理標準及審核步驟,以評鑑護理 品質。因此,筆者根據實際臨床經驗,理論架構及與專家討論,擬訂問卷及做信度效度處理。 問卷內容在調查護理人員執行護理活動時所表現之知識、技術及態度是否滿足病患住院期間 之需求。且設計一開放式問答讓病患自由發表意見。 此調查報告是以82年4月-82年10月住滿72小時之病患為對象,共計收回問卷500份, 廢卷26份,有效問卷474份。結果顯示: (一) 病患對護理服務滿意度在滿意與非常滿意之間。 (二) 執行護理活動中以技術為最滿意、知識次之、態度最後。此結果顯示可能是技術評鑑 持續進行且在各病房均有評比,而護理教育提昇,在職教育、在職進修使知識水準普 遍提高。 (三) 外科及其他科之滿意度優於內科及婦幼科,且具有統計學上之意義。 護理服務品質保證是一種連續性的評價,由以上結果可做為護理主管修正護理服務內 容,制訂護理標準及品質管制之參考。 |
| 英文摘要 | Veterans General Hospital-Kaoshiung is a new hospital based on the same objective as VGH-Taipei and VGH-Taichung, to serve the residents in southern Taiwan. This hospital was evaluated as the medical center within the first two years of operation. In order to improve the nursing services' quality the Nursing Quality Control Committee of the Nursing Department has conducted a survey on patient satisfaction toward nursing services. The Nursing Quality Evaluation Standard and Evaluation Procedure will be based on this survey. Open and closed questionnaires are used to survey the hospitalization patient's satisfaction on nursing activities and nursing services knowledge, skill and attitude. This survey is based on the patients who were hospitalized for more than 72 hours from April to October 1993. Of 500 questionnaires collected, 474 were usable for data analysis. The findings are as follows: 1. The overall nursing services satisfaction of the patient is between satisfied and very satisfied. 2. The nursing services' skill is the most satisfied, knowledge is the second, attitude is the last. This might be due to the ongoing skill evaluations in each ward, or the on-the-job education to improve skill and knowledge. 3. The satisfaction of surgery and others are better than gynecology, pediatrics or medicine, which has statistical relevance. Quality control of nursing service is a continuous task. Based on the findings of the survey, the nursing supervisors can modify the Nursing Quality Evaluation Standard and Evaluation Procedure. |
