中文摘要 | 本研究目的係針對目前模糊AHP法的缺失,以三角模糊數表示專家群體意見,並使 用幾何平均數法發展一個完整的群體決策模糊 AHP 模式, 其優點是計算過程簡單、易懂。 本文亦使用 Visual Basic 將其發展成交談式決策輔助系統,以提高模式的使用性,縮短決 策時間。經由實例運作結果顯示本系統具有很高的實用性。此外,決策輔助系統亦具有模擬 分析的功能,可獲知在不同的α -cuts 及λ值之下, 方案順序的逆轉情形,可充分反映實 際決策環境不斷變化的特性。 |
英文摘要 | To improve the weakness of the traditional fuzzy AHP, we use the triangle fuzzy number to denote the expert group's opinions. A group decision fuzzy AHP model (FAHP) is developed with the geometric average approach. This model makes the calculation process simple and understandable. A decision aided system is then developed which enhances the effectiveness of FAHP and reduces the time for making decisions. The operations integration of the MRT and bus systems in Kaohsiung is employed as the empirical study. The results show that this model is practically efficient. Besides, the decision aided system has the capability of simulation analysis. It shows the ranking reverse of the alternatives under different α -cuts and λ -values. This system can reflect the decision-making environment changes of the real world. |
