中文摘要 | 鋁胚熔鑄時皆需添加細晶劑於鋁湯內,除了可細化胚內晶粒粒度外,尚可改善其微觀組織品質,減少鑄胚內異常組織之形成,降低各種後續加工製造時異常問題產生的機率。目前鋁熔鑄廠最常用的是Al-Ti-B系細晶劑,而細晶劑的細晶效果會隨著鋁湯中所含的Ti元素及B元素的改變而產生變化。本研究係探討鋁湯內細晶成份的變化對細晶效果所造成的影響,共進一步了解細晶劑內此兩種元素成份所產生的細晶效果之成因和機構。 |
英文摘要 | The grain refiner is often used in the casting of aluminum slabs. It can not only refine the grain size in the slabs but also improve the microstructure, prevent abnormal structure and reduce the problems met in the subsequent manufacturing processes. the most widely used grain refiner by cast house is Al-Ti-B type grain refiner. The grain refining efficiency will be affected by the contents of Ti and B elements in the aluminum melt. This study aims at the effects of these two elements on the grain refinement of aluminum slabs and the roles they paly in the grain refining processes. |
