英文摘要 | These are usually four layers of casing pipe in a geothermal well, each layer has its purpose. In addition to the slotted pipe for production zone, other layers of casing should all be bonded by cement slurries behind the pipe, so that stress induced in the pipe by thermal expansion would equally be distributed. This would also prevent useless fluids entering into the well that high quality steam production could be expected. The well Hatchobaru 2H-17 lost circulation suddenly with no return during drilling 17 1/2" hole, the circulation could not be restored after 80 more days of trouble shooting. Intermediate casing of 13 3/8" and cementing jobs were forced to run, and blind drilling was undertaken to overcome the lost return problems. The well was finally completed with 7" slotted pipe according to the original plan. This kind of drilling and completion method were first run in Hatchobaru geothermal field. |
