中文摘要 | 用戶設備所產生的諧波或三相不平衡電流,注入臺電系統,造成臺電變電所的電 壓失真。為確保供電品質,臺電及各國電力公司多以污染源用戶所造成的電壓失真率來管制 污染源用戶所注入的諧波或三相不平衡電流,而此電壓失真率與臺電本身的系統電抗值有關 。因為短路電流值隨著電力系統網路的變動而改變,因此管制用的短路電流值變化很大。為 了避免用戶與電力公司就此最小短路電流之訂定造成爭議,本論文提出一合理的最小短路電 流訂定方法。本論文以蒙地卡羅來模擬最小短路電流值,並將所得之結果與臺電現行方法所 得之結果做一比較。根據臺灣及所提方法所得之最小短路電流值,評估臺北捷運系統諧波管 制等級之影響。 |
英文摘要 | The distorion of a substation voltage due to the harmonic or unbalanced current injection into the substation can change appreciably with the variation of system impedance. To regulate this harmonic or unbalanced current injection, the power utility has to specify the system impedance or the three-phase short circuit current(Isc). Because the substation Isc varies with the network operating conditions, there exists a wide range of flexibility for the utility to specify Isc for harmonics or unbalance regulation. To resolve this controversy, our paper tends to clarify the specification of Isc for the regulation to the users and proposes a Monte-Carlo simulation approach to estimate this three-phase short circuit current. The proposed specification of Isc is then compared with the Isc adopted presently by Taiwan Power Company, and their relative impact on the harmonics limitation of Rapid-transit system have been discussed in this paper. |
