中文摘要 | 中小學教師專業化是目前我國教育改革的重要議題之一。為提升我國教師專業化,本文首先論述美國教學專業化的三個機制作用做為借鏡,這三個機制作用是師資培育機構認可制度、初任教師資格檢定措施、以及教學專業標準化。其次根據美國的成功經驗,本文建議加強我國師資培育機構的評鑑工作、恢復師資培育法中「初檢─教育實習─複檢」的三階段品管功能、加強中小學教師評鑑工作、以及建立教師職級制度。 |
英文摘要 | The teaching professionalization is one of important educational reform agenda in ROC. In order to promote the professional development of elementary and secondary school teachers in ROC, this paper draws a lesson from the three mechanisms of teaching professionalization in the USA. The three machanisms are the accreditation of professional education units, the beginning teacher examination, and the professional teaching standards. Based on the successful American experience, this paper suggests the following implications for ROC: (1) enhancing the program evaluation of teacher education units, (2) restoring the quality control function of Teacher Education Act, (3) reinforcing teacher evaluation of elementary and secondary school teachers, (4) establishing a career ladder system for teachers. |
