中文摘要 | 本研究採用相思樹、柳杉與杉木等三樹種為原料粒片,將原料粒片經絕乾量8%的 用膠量之溶性酚甲醛樹脂膠合劑上膠後,與已浸漬醇溶性酚甲醛樹脂後之薄層玻璃纖維織布 或碳纖維織布以覆面或層疊結構複合製板,熱壓以 180 ℃溫度、30kgf/cm �揪黕謊ㄓO製成 10mm 厚度之木質複合板。 木材粒片與玻璃纖維織布或碳纖維織布複合製板的理學、力學與 表面燃燒性狀等性質有很大的改善,其中靜曲強度甚至可提高數倍之多。雖然耐燃效果有很 大的改善,但燃燒時餘焰時間之過長, 致未能符合 CNS6532 『建築物室內裝修材料之耐燃 性試驗法』所規範之耐燃 3 級標準,目前正作進一步的研究改善中。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to evalute physical, mechanical properties and surface flammability of woodbased composite boards made from wood particles in combination with the overlaied or laminated woven glass fiber or woven carbon fiber. Japanese cedar (Cryptomeria japonica) , China fir (Cunninghamia lanceolata) and Taiwan acacia (Acacia confusa) were used as raw material for wood particles. The woven glass fiber and woven carbon fiber were soaked with the alcoholic soluble type of PF resin. The water soluble type of PF resin was used as the binder for boards fabrication. The combined sheets were press at 180 ℃ under an initial pressure of 30 kgf/cm �� for the curing. The designated thickness of the board was 10mm. The composite boards showed better physical and mechanical properties as well as improvement on fire retardancy compared to those of the controled boards. Especially the bending strength was increased several times. For all the improvement on fire retardancy was very effective, but failed to pass the requirement of grade 3 in CNS 6532 standard in longer after-flaming time than standard level. The improvement is undertaken by applying the fireretardants in the experiment currently. |
