| 中文摘要 | 本文之主要目的在於分析民國86年6月2日∼16日臺灣地區發生豪(大)雨時之平 均環流特徵及豪雨個案綜觀型態,以探討此梅雨期內發生持續性降雨的環境條件、降雨分布 、梅雨鋒面特性,以及豪雨之成因。研究結果顯示,此期間鄂霍次克海阻塞脊或高壓及南亞 反氣旋的建立與發展、500百帕距平型庀及東亞主槽的存在、低層西南氣流帶來暖溼空氣等 綜觀環境,建立與維持大範圍的對流不穩定,致使86年6月臺灣地區梅雨特別顯著。其中豪 雨個案A(6月2日∼5日)是因滯留鋒面的強迫舉升作用,加上500百帕短波槽的移入,低層 旺盛西南氣流帶來豐沛的暖濕空氣,中高層環流帶來西北方乾冷空氣,中低層系統的配合形 成大幅輻合上升運動及高層分流,再加上熱帶雲簇外流所激發的中尺度對流系統所致。豪雨 個案B(6月9日∼16日)的形成則主要因梅雨鋒面滯留於臺灣附近,以及含有中尺度低壓的 生成,並配合割離低壓與大陸東岸的深槽線,槽後大陸冷空氣的南下及槽前的暖溼空氣,挾 帶充沛的水汽。高低層配置的斜壓結構,引起低層輻合上升運動,形成與加強鋒面及鋒前暖 區對流的發展,導致豪雨的發生。 |
| 英文摘要 | This paper focused on the synoptic weather patterns of the average circulation characteristics during the heavy rains from June 2∼16, 1997 in the Taiwan area. These rains were separated in 2 groups according to the surrounding conditions to the persistent rainfall, the rainfall distributions, the characteristics of the Mei-Yu front and the other causes leading to these heavy rains. The results showed that the heavy rains were due to blocking ridge (or high) in the Sea of Okhotsk, the development of the South Asian anticyclone, the 500 hPa anomaly pattern and the existence of the East Asian main trough, and the incoming warm-moist air brought by the low-level southwesterly flow, which provided and maintained a favorable condition for large scale convection. All these contributed to a significant Mei-Yu in Taiwan in June. Case A heavy rians (June 2∼5, 1997)were due to forced lifting activity by the stationary front, and an intrusion of 500hPa short-wave trough also abundant warmmoist air brought along by the low-level southwesterly flow and accompanied by the north-western dry and cold air brought in from the upper level circulation cooperated with lower level systems to from convergent uplifting motions and diffluence in the upper levels. In addition, meso-scale convective systems ignited by outflow from the tropical cloud-clusters also contributed. The case B heavy rains (June 9∼16 , 1997) were due to a stationary Mei-Yu front around Taiwan area and a meso-low to form, accompanied by a cut-off low and a deep trough on the eastern coast of the mainland. The southward intrusion of cold continental air behind the trough and the pre-trough warm-moist air laden with high water content created instability. A well-coupled upper and low level baroclinic structure caused low-level convergent upward motions that formed and intensified the convection of the front and pre-frontal warm sector to cause the heavy rains. |
