| 中文摘要 | 製程能力分析的應用提供了對某品質特性之製程能力的評估及檢定,所以,正確的製程能力分析之資訊是影響品質決策及改進品質等活動成敗與否的重要關鍵資訊。鑑於正確的製程能力分析資訊是如此的重要,所以本文擬提出品質特性為非常態分配之製程能力的判定算則。當品質特性不具常態分配時,則利用重疊法來轉換非常態母體之製程能力指標值,並計算(1-α)夠之製程品質指標下限值L□,再利用該下限值來做為判定製程之依據。並將該製程能力之判定算則建構出一套製程能力判定程序,該程序可涵蓋品質特性分配為常態及非常態等兩種情形。並透過實例加以修訂所建構之判定程序,並協助廠商準確地判定製程品質。 |
| 英文摘要 | The relationship between process variability and specification limits or tolerances maybe formalized by consideration of the standard deviation of the process. Any processcapability index is an attempt to quantity the relationship between the actual performance fthe process and its specified requirements (Kane V. E. (1986)). The functions of ProcessCapability Index include the follow: to determine the process limits; to establish standardand specifications; and to evaluate whether the process meets the requirement of expectedcapability standard. Therefore, Process Capability Index provides essential information toquality control and quality improvement. Due to mass production of most industries and numerous sampling numbers, thedistribution of product characteristic will follow the normal distribution. Consequently, mostliterature analyzing process capability focus on process with normal distribution. However,to certain chemical industries or industries in which to observation values are obtained bydestructive product inspection, because the sample number is not in large quantity, thedistribution does not always follow the normal distribution. This paper aim at nonnormal population distribution and calculate the value of estimatorof process capability index by means of Jackknife Approach and also calculate the lowerconfidence limit of process capability as the basis on judging the process capability. Finally,the procedure established in this project will be practically applied to judge the productquality characteristics at two companies in order to understand the adaptability of each stepin the procedure as the reference to modify the judgment procedure for process capability. |
