中文摘要 | 於1993年7月從澎湖西嶼內海的箱網養殖石斑魚体表上收集到482隻屬於單生吸 虫類的扁形吸虫,經以aceto-carmine與fast green的染色透明虫体後,觀查內部生殖系統 及虫体外部構造形態而加以描述,並測量虫体構造器官的大小,而鑑定它在分類上的所屬應 為Benedeniinae科的Neobenedenia屬。再以SEM的方法做有關它的表皮細微構造形態觀查, 發現口內具10個圓形乳突的感覺接受器,其前吸盤分成兩個區域,全身体表均被微絨毛,不 具前人所見的那些感覺末梢構造,但在背、腹部及後吸盤腹面表皮均有黑斑的呈現,此被推 測可能為此虫体的一種感覺受納器。本研究結果除了Neobenedenia sp.在石斑魚体上的寄生 為臺灣的首次報導外,並提供第一手有關Neobenedenia屬的外表形態學(topography)資料。 |
英文摘要 | Four hundred eighty two flatworms belonging to monogenetic trematodes were collected in July 1993 from the surface of the Cage-net cultured Epinephelus sp. at Shiyeu inland seas on the Pescadores Island of Taiwan. Observations and measurements of the collected monogeneans were made on the alcoholic specimens that were staines with carmine, dehydrated with alcohol, counter staines with fast green, cleares with xylene, then these flatworms are identified belonging to the Neobenedenia (Family Benedeniinae). Ten specimens of Neobenedenia sp. were dehydrated through a graded series of ethanol, subjected to critical-point drying, mounted on stubs and sputter-coated with gold for SEM examination. The Ultrastructural of the tegument of Neobenedenia were examined in detail. Ten round papilla sensory receptors are lined in mouth. The ventral surface of prohaptor is divided clearly into two zones. The body surface of worm is all covered with dense microvilli. Those prior mentioned sensory ending structures are not found in Neobenedenia's teguments, but in the teguments of dorsal, ventral and the ventral surface of opishaptor there are "black spots" come out and presumed them being a other type sensory receptor. In the present study, Neobenedenis sp. parasitic on body surface of Epinephelus sp. is the first report from Taiwan and the surface topography of Neobenedenia sp. is first report, too. |
